JUNE: Physical Improvement

I’ll start with my project this JUNE. I will allot this month for Physical Improvement. I know that at the moment, this is the aspect of my life that I really need to work hard on in order to improve.

The mini-goals should not be difficult:

  • Jog once a day.
  • Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily.
  • Eat small amount of rice during meals

I’ve also added a couple resolutions for my daughter, Gaby and husband, Nell:

  • Study with Gaby
  • Make Nell coffee

I’ll post my June checklist by the end of the month.  Wish me luck! =)
